The suite contains a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, one bathroom, a storage room and a washer and dryer. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a conventional oven/stove. The bedrooms have hardwood floors and walk-in closets. The rent does not include utilities costs. Utilities will be split with the upstairs tenants. The house is walking distance from the University of Alberta. There is also a direct bus ride to NAIT. Smoking and pets are not allowed. There is one free parking space available. The suite will be available for rent starting January 1, 2010, but renters may move in as early as December 20, 2009 if they desire. Renters must stay at least until and including April 2010. They may leave then or continue renting.
