There are two bedrooms in my condo and I am looking to rent out the second bedroom.

This area and building is very safe and quiet. The rent is $600/month and includes heat, water, parking -street-, cable and an available Internet connection, if needed. The only utility would be power which would be split in half every month -around $25 each- I'm looking for someone for December 1st, 2009. Damage deposit is only $250.
